You may or may not need an architect depending on how ambitious or simple your addition might be. We suggest you contact us first; we have helped clients with many of their addition requirements and may be able to offer you some excellent options. We will be the first to tell you if we believe it would be worth your while to involve an architect because very often their participation makes our lives easier as well as yours. However, we have a complete in-house design capability so can often offer a reasonable alternative to an expensive architect.
