When we build a home on site, virtually anything you dream is possible. We have many plans available as starting points and any of these can be modified to your needs. If you have more unique desires, we can draw a new plan or work from one provided by your designer or architect.
One advantage of an on-site home is that we have the ability to make changes as the home is being constructed. This may be because of modifications desired by the owner, or perhaps because something in the plot layout calls for on-the-spot changes.
